    Pedalling & Gear Selection:

    We can help develop pacing strategies and optimise bike positions for both disciplines. Our services include on-road testing and closed-circuit testing to refine these strategies.   • Our coaching sessions are priced at £75 per 90-minute session.

    To ensure a comprehensive and fulfilling experience, we recommend that most sessions be 1.5 hours long. This duration allows sufficient time to cover various skills thoroughly and provide personalised feedback.

    Please note that the length of a session can be adjusted according to your specific needs and goals. We believe in flexibility and will work with you to schedule sessions that fit your availability and requirements.

  • We use local parks and open spaces, offering a safe and adaptable environment. We are also able to join you for a ride.
